Definition
The number of reachable vertices up to a distance of 2:
(Number of nodes at 1 or 2 connections from node u)
Cu = kout(u) + ∑w∩u kout(w)
w is any neighbor of u.(Number of nodes at 1 or 2 connections from node u)
